Darlene Freidman was appointed Admissions Coordinator and the Continuing Education Coordinator for the Terrie O’Connor Realtors Real Estate School in 2012 and plays an integral role in directing, guiding and informing students on all the procedures in acquiring and maintaining their New Jersey Real Estate License.  

 

Darlene also coordinates the Continuing Education requirement classes for the associates of the Terrie O’Connor Realtors as a real estate company. The State of New Jersey requires a total of 12 Continuing Education Credits to be accomplished every two years for all licensed real estate associates in New Jersey.  Darlene ensures all in-house Terrie O’Connor Realtors have enough time and enough CE Educational Credit options to maintain their licenses within the completed two year renewal cycle. 

 

As the go-to person for both the Education Department of the New Jersey Real Estate Commission and for PSI (NJ Real Estate CE Tracking System), Pre-licensing class students and licensed Sales Associates have full confidence that Darlene will upload completed courses and credits in a very smooth and quick transfer process to the State to finalize their accurate status with the New Jersey Real Estate Commission.
